Makarska Riviera, the well-known tourist destination, is set in the central part of the Dalmatian coast, 40 km to the south of the town of Split and 140 km to the north of Dubrovnik, and it is believed to be the most beautiful part of the Adriatic coast. It is 50 km long including the town of Makarska and other 15 neighbouring small towns and villages. The places, each has its own special, but different sort of an atmosphere, are located in such a small area. From Makarska as the centre of entertainment and night life to small places surrounded by pine trees wood where you will enjoy in peace.
